Stella hair is owned and directed by Michael Lipohar & Therese Fillager. 2002 saw Stella open its doors in Coorparoo, being the first of its kind in the suburbs. Leading the way with high performance hairdressing and creating a new salon experience. Stella Hair soon outgrew its beginnings & moved to beautiful prime location on Stanley Street, East Brisbane. Having established themselves as a force in the hairdressing industry Stella Hair continue to live at the forefront of hair design, salon experience and devotion to personal attention.

Michael is part owner of Stella Hair and is the haircutting master! Armed with over 14 years experience, and having worked along side Australia's best, Michael has developed a talent that is truly unique. With an incredible eye for detail, Michael brings out the best in any hairstyle.

Therese is part owner of Stella Hair and is natural stylist & colourist. Having trained & worked in award winning salons Therese brings not only a wealth of experience, but a solid knowledge of all things hair. Her naturally curly hair sees her an expert in cutting and colouring those blessed with the same. Therese demands the best (for her clients) and is devoted to creating a life changing salon experience.

Dayna is our Salon manager and has a solid 8 years under her belt. With a strng and devoted following Dayna specialises in youth oriented work, both in cutting and colouring. With a passion for people, Dayna's clientelle ranges from the very young to the very young at heart. With personality plus Dayna ensures your visit to Stella Hair in an enjoyable and entertaining one.

Lauren is our 2nd year apprentice and has taken off in leaps and bounds. Having already assisted backstage at Melbourne Fashion Week, Lauren's natural flair and quiet confidence puts her miles ahead of her years.

Natalie is our 1st year apprentice and is already proving to be a valuable asset. Her shampooing and scalp massages will have you falling asleep in the chair, and her natural bubbly personality makes for a lovely experience.
